GMC Sierra Commercial - very similar to section of "Last Goodbye"

One of the most recent GMC Sierra Commercials, aired on Discovery tonight (04/14/2011) features a soundtrack with a 10 second section that is very similar, if not an exact copy of Jeff Buckley's "Last Goodbye" at about 2:30 into Jeff's tune, where the song modulates to vi chord.
The commercial has an arrangement that is very very similar, with similar string part, and very similar guitar.
Just a observation.
